Posted February 26, 2013. The Consumer & Family Advisory Committee (CFAC) is a volunteer group (consumer and family members of consumers) representing consumers of Partners BHM services. The CFAC's mission is to advise Partners BHM and to advocate on behalf of consumers and families in every aspect of planning and delivery of Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse services. Members of CFAC are expected to attend and participate in regular meetings and represent all disabilities in the eight county catchment area.
