Provider Enrollment Application Submission Link Now Available

The link to upload applications and required attachments for the Partners BHM Provider Enrollment process is now operational.
All providers must complete and sign the appropriate Partners Enrollment Application and submit it electronically - along with the required credentials and documents - to our credentialing verification organization, Medversant Technologies, LLC. The link is located on the Provider Enrollment webpage at www.partnersbhm.org/providers/provider-enrollment.aspx.
