Attention Vendors Doing Business with Partners BHM

To maintain efficient business practices, Partners BHM will implement mandatory requirements for all Providers and Vendors to participate in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  All vendors and providers will receive an ACH Authorization Agreement form in the mail the week of May 21, 2012. This form must be completed and returned to Pathways, at the address noted on the form, by June 4, 2012 in order for Partners BHM to process any EFTs effective July 1, 2012.
