Brief Description of Work: This position is responsible for all reports required to meet federal, state, accreditation organization and quality management standards and contractual requirements. This position works closely with the IT department to assure that reports meet specific definitions, are consistent, accurate and timely. Although this position is not primarily responsible for the databases used, there is direct responsibility to assure that data elements used in the reports are accurate. This position is the in-house expert on all quality reporting, and has indirect responsibility over all external reporting. This position works closely with other departments in developing, monitoring and reporting on quality improvement projects. This position interfaces with the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis to assure consistency in reporting both clinical and financial data.
